DustPedia is an international collaboration for a definitive study of dust in galaxies (see Davies et al. 2017). The DustPedia archive with photometric data and results of SED fitting are available here.
In our recent paper (Mosenkov et al. 2019), based on Herschel observations in the five PACS100 -SPIRE500 bands, we studied the dust distribution for a subsample of 320 disk galaxies. Our results clearly show that the dust density profiles are not exponential, but rather Gaussian, with a deficiency of dust in the central galaxy region. Also, we measure breaks on these profiles which correspond well to breaks in stellar density profiles. See below a profile for NGC 3686 in the SPIRE 260 um band.
